exsoft, a specialist in document centralization solutions, announced its participation in the 20th International Security Conference (ISEC 2026), taking place at COEX in Seoul from August 11 to 12, 2026. Under this year’s theme, “The Future of Autonomous Security Powered by AI,” exsoft will present a secure smart work environment for the AI era built on document centralization.

Since its establishment in 2004, exsoft has continuously advanced its document centralization and security technologies based on its proprietary enterprise content management (ECM) technology. By supplying solutions to major enterprises and public institutions—including POSCO E&C, SK E&S, KB Financial Group, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the Board of Audit and Inspection—exsoft has demonstrated its ability to deliver stable content management and information security frameworks in large-scale business environments.

At the center of the exhibition will be rGate, exsoft’s PC document centralization solution. rGate centrally manages business documents created and stored on employee PCs while providing essential enterprise information protection capabilities, including local storage control, role-based document access management, external distribution approval, document history tracking, and ransomware protection. These capabilities enable organizations to control the entire document lifecycle—from creation and storage to use and external distribution—within a consistent security framework.

Alongside rGate, exsoft will showcase its dWorks imaging system and TeamWorks integrated collaboration platform. The company’s strategy is to extend rGate-based document security to paperless workflows and collaboration, enhancing both security and operational efficiency.
