exsoft Validates a Secure File-Sharing Model Based on CSAP-Certified Document Centralization Through the N2SF Pilot Project

exsoft, a specialist in enterprise content management (ECM) and document centralization, announced that it supplied its document centralization solution to support security technology validation for the National Network Security Framework (N2SF) Pilot Project, led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
The National Network Security Framework (N2SF) is a next-generation security framework designed to address the limitations of uniform security controls based on physical network separation. It classifies information into security levels—Classified, Sensitive, and Open (C/S/O)—according to the characteristics of each information service and the importance of business data, applying differentiated control policies to each level.
Launched last year, the pilot project was designed to verify whether the new security model could operate effectively in actual government environments. It also aimed to provide practical implementation guidelines and data for institutions considering the adoption of N2SF.
In collaboration with PrivateTech, exsoft validated the security of document centralization–based file sharing in an environment connecting a local government administrative network to an external cloud. The project confirmed that documents can be securely controlled and utilized even in environments integrating administrative networks, external clouds, and SaaS services.
exsoft’s document centralization solution is the only product of its kind in Korea to have obtained Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) certification, meeting the cloud security requirements of national and public institutions.
The solution consolidates business documents previously distributed across network-separated environments and enables authorized users to create and share documents through endpoint devices. It also controls local file storage, manages external distribution through approval procedures, and provides consistent security throughout the data lifecycle through logging, document history management, and role-based access control.
An exsoft representative said, “As the national security paradigm rapidly shifts toward zero trust, document control and management based on security classification are becoming increasingly important. We will continue advancing our information security framework through our document centralization solution to meet the stringent security requirements of public institutions and financial organizations.”
